Clash Royale are gearing up to launch their new season update tomorrow.
The update titled “Season 72 How to Evolve Your Dragon” will see the addition of the new Inferno Dragon Evolution.
The evolution costs 6 shards and takes 2 cycles to activate.
The evolution spawns an Inferno Dragon with identical stats to the regular one, however, after the Inferno Dragon defeats a troop, it maintains whatever damage stage it was on for 9 seconds (with the Inferno Dragon not hitting anything) or until it is hit with any stun attacks, then it’s damage stage is reset back to 1.
The evolution is said to be very effective against high HP cards due to its ability to retain its charged blast.
This may be an effective solution to the Mega Knight and other tank cards.
But then again, the dragon can be easily countered with a well placed electro wizard or zap.
